The nursery plays a vital part in our operation and is where all the young go when handrearing is required. In the nursery we use Grumbach incubators and brooders, Neocare handrearing formula and of course the essentials which are required to handrear young birds. Good records are also essential and are kept on every bird handreared and every egg that is incubated from start to hatch.
The 2007 Breeding Season has finished for us and currently the only birds in the Nursery being reared are Blue-throated Conures, Sun Conures, Hahn's Macaws and Blue and Gold Macaws. To see what we shall soon have available or what is currently available head over to our 4 Sale section.
